3 Easy Dinner Recipes To Simplify Your Life

I was raised with a mom who was an amazing cook and honestly I inherited that love and talent (at least that's what most people say).

But after many years of cooking 3 meals a day, I'm looking to simplify my life especially on days my husband is working and not home for dinner. I've tried so many recipes over the years and wanted some new ideas so I sought out my amazing followers on instagram who gave me some great ideas.

Instead of feeling like I need to cook amazing meals every day that leave me feeling worn out after a long day of work and parenting, here's some ideas to simplify your evening.

I'm going to share 3 easy dinner recipes that'll simplify your life.

  1. Cool ranch chicken chili - This recipe took me less than 5 minutes to throw in the crock pot and in 4 hours it was ready to go and so delicious.

  • 3 Chicken breasts

  • 2 cans Ranch Style beans

  • 1 can black beans

  • Ranch powder 1 packet

  • Taco seasoning 1 packet

  • Throw everything in the crock pot on you for 4 hours. Then shred the chicken. Top with sour cream, cheese, etc and serve with some tortilla chips.

2. Charcuterie board dinner

  • I'm not sure why I don't do this more often. It's so easy and my whole family would be happy with it.

  • Throw some cooked meats, salami, deli meat of your choice, cheese, fruit, veggies, crackers or chips on a board and you've got your protein, fats, fruits and veggies taken care of. And you can probably have it prepared in 5 minutes or less.

3. Costco buffalo chicken wings and carrot sticks

  • Those Costco buffalo chicken wings are delicious. You throw them in the oven or air fryer, bake for less than 20 minutes then serve alongside some carrot sticks and ranch dressing.

These meals are all affordable and so easy to get food on the table.

Make things easier on yourself and simplify meals. Bellies can still be filled with easy dinners.
